Last updated: 7 November 2026. Plain-language terms for the channel setup service sold on this website.
The service
I provide YouTube channel setup services in three fixed packages — Starter ($49), Complete ($99) and Launch ($149) — with the deliverables listed on the services page. The specific scope for your order is confirmed in writing (email and your Upwork contract) before payment is funded, and that confirmed scope is what I deliver.
Payment & escrow
Orders are paid through an Upwork Direct Contract: you fund the milestone into Upwork escrow before work starts, and funds are released when you approve delivery. Escrow handling, disputes and refunds follow Upwork's terms for Direct Contracts. Repeat clients and businesses may alternatively pay by Payoneer payment request or US ACH transfer, as agreed in writing beforehand.
Delivery times
Starter is delivered within 2 days and Complete within 3 days of the escrow milestone being funded (and of me receiving the information needed from you). Launch delivery dates are confirmed in the contract before funding. If I am ever unable to meet a confirmed date, I will tell you before it passes and you may cancel for a full escrow refund rather than accept a delay.
Revisions
Each package includes a reasonable round of adjustments to the delivered branding and written elements (for example banner style or About wording). Requests that change the agreed scope — a different niche, name or package — are treated as new work and quoted before anything extra is charged.
No guarantees of results
Channel setup is foundational work. I guarantee the deliverables themselves — a complete, correctly configured channel as described — but I cannot and do not guarantee subscribers, views, revenue or acceptance into the YouTube Partner Program. Those depend on your content, consistency and audience, which are outside any setup service's control.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate order details and respond to clarification questions in reasonable time (delivery clocks account for your reply time).
- Never share your account passwords — access is arranged by account handover or YouTube Studio permissions only.
- Ensure your channel and content comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Ownership
On release of payment, the delivered channel, branding and written materials are yours to use for your channel and business without restriction.

This is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to YouTube, Google, Fiverr or Upwork; those names are used only to describe the platforms involved.
